Any idea what steps I can take next? However, the original problem of the computer randomly shutting down popped up again despite all that.
At the time I had the following programs running: None of these specifically seem to be the cause however, as in the past it has shutdown when none of these were running i. I am not sure that this lack of seeing the OEM Manufacturer's Splash image at boot Asus A8N-VM 0902 isn't related to the continuing struggle I am experiencing to restore this system from a Malware Infection. When I first started to tackle the problem with this system, I Asus A8N-VM 0902 that the boot Splash Screen no longer was displayed at Start-up.
